Providence Plastic Surgery & Skin Center was started in 2013 by Dr. Andrew Gear and his wife Heather. The first plastic surgery center and medspa in Charlotte with a truly concierge approach. They have curated a group of amazing professionals for their south Charlotte location. With staff who speak Spanish, Portuguese, Russian and Ukrainian and master estheticians, expert injectors and a CoolSculpting master. Dr Gear has won multiple awards for being a breast and body contouring master of his trade.
