Shreya Shah, PA, is a member of Summit Health’s Plastic Surgery team. In her area of expertise as a surgical physician assistant, Ms. Shah provides comprehensive pre- and post-operative care to patients and assists surgeons with a variety of surgical procedures. “I believe that good patient-centered care requires active listening and strong communication skills to ensure that we provide optimal care and improve outcomes,” says Ms. Shah. During a patient visit, Ms. Shah feels it’s important to understand the patient’s needs, ensure that the patient feels heard, and all their questions have been answered.
