Dr. John Edney is originally from Omaha, Nebraska where he graduated from Creighton University School of Medicine in 1976. He then finished his 5-year residency in general surgery at Creighton University along with a one-year fellowship in surgical oncology. Dr. Edney went on to finish his first year of plastic surgery at the University of Mississippi. He then transferred to the University of Pittsburgh where he finished his plastic surgery residency as chief resident in 1982. Dr. Edney still resides in Omaha, Nebraska, and is in private practice with 100% dedication to strictly cosmetic surgery.
