Sarah E. Hagarty, MD, is a member of the American Society of Plastic Surgeons (ASPS) and Board Certified by the American Board of Plastic Surgery® and The Royal College of Physician and Surgeons of Canada in both General Surgery and Plastic Reconstructive and Cosmetic Surgery. ASPS members operate only in accredited medical facilities and adhere to a strict code of ethics. In addition, members of the ASPS fulfill continuing medical education requirements in plastic surgery, including training in patient safety techniques.
