Roy Powell Jr., M.D., F.A.C.S. has been double-board certified by the American Board of Plastic Surgery and the American Board of Surgery for more than 25 years. He is a former Chief of Staff at Charter Northside Hospital and is a former Chief of Plastic Surgery at the Medical Center of Central Georgia. At the Mercer University School of Medicine, Dr. Powell has served as a Clinical Professor of Surgery and Chairman of the Division of Plastic Surgery.
