Patrick Swier, M.D., is a native of the Netherlands and has been practicing Plastic Surgery in Delaware since 2002. Dr Swier earned his medical degree from Columbia University College of Physicians and Surgeons in New York. He did his general surgery and plastic surgery residency training at the Johns Hopkins University / University of Maryland combined program in Baltimore, which is one of the premier Plastic Surgery residency programs in the country.
